What is the worst thing you can imagine a sexual partner calling your cock? Oh gosh, I hope no one says "cock". If so...my bad. As a writer I've used a lot of terms for that very special appendage. I would just like to know what NOT to call "it".

The word "cock" is appropriately brief and Anglo-Saxon, and I've never heard a term that I found insulting (and certainly not in bed). Any really good insult would come from the tone used, IMJ, more than the precise word. "Little worm," for example, could be quite endearing under the right circumstances.
